The challenge in the project was to make the best use of the maximum height to be built and achieve
two semi-detached houses instead of only one dwelling. The goal was achieved with a semi-
basement floor open to the lowered rear garden, allowing a third floor under the roof. This materialised idea permitted a better benefit for these clients starting their journey in real estate
investment.
Our clients had it clear, they wanted to offer a traditional house in a family-focused neighbourhood in
London, with all the comforts of a modern house and without losing the family-home character. Their bet was for a family legacy for the final users, with an energy-efficient building. Beauty, function, and
value for money.
