MINI – ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Assessment in architecture and interior design for those who are looking for a trusted person at the time of buying or refurbishing their dwelling. We offer three options:
First View Service. Designed for those who want to refurbish a dwelling and would like to know if what they are considering is doable, the legal implications to take care of, and the approximate cost of the refurbishment works. This service is often requested before buying the property.
Technical Inspection Service. Designed for those who would like to check the current state of a dwelling in detail before buying. The service includes a photographic report, which is very popular among owners interested in renting and wanting to have a register before getting the tenants in.
Home Personal Shopper. Designed for those who need an interior design assessment with an expert for a few hours only, to polish those important details before making an important investment.
Ask for more information if you have questions. Any of these services can be done with online meetings, so you don’t need to live in Málaga.

About me and MaLon Studio

About walking and ways we can talk a little. Licensed in Architecture at Seville University, with a path of over 20 years of training and experience, nine of those years in London as an architect and interior designer. This journey has offered an international perspective that allows us to approach diverse projects with a wide and enriching view.
Andalusian, from Lucena, a town in the region of Córdoba, who has travelled for pleasure and work some kilometres, visiting amazing cities and corners, and connecting with people from all around the world and cultures. All of them contributed to today’s view of the world that I now offer to your service.
Lover of the Good Life Style, the Mediterranean culture, and of Málaga, the city where I decided to make roots and offer my services as Architect and Interior Designer.
Why is it called MaLon Studio? Well, I suppose that it would be clear by now. It is in honour of the two cities that inspired this project with their vibrant ways of living: Málaga and London.
